About Shaka Social
Shaka Social is a data-driven social content agency where creativity meets performance. We blend high-impact content with organic & paid media strategies to help brands grow in ways that are measurable, meaningful and culturally relevant.
We work across a diverse mix of industries, from architecture and jewellery to premium spirits and technology, always with the same mindset: strong ideas backed by data, delivered properly.
We’re now looking for a strategic and hands-on Content Manager to lead organic social direction across key client accounts, while also rolling up their sleeves and creating content themselves.
Role Overview
This role sits at the centre of creative thinking and execution.
You’ll lead organic social strategy across accounts, develop content direction, shape monthly plans and brief production teams, but you’ll also create content directly where appropriate. That might mean designing graphics, editing simple video cuts, or building reactive posts quickly when timing matters.
This isn’t just an organisational role. It’s for someone who can think strategically and execute confidently.
You’ll work closely with our founders, paid media team, designers and editors to ensure content not only looks strong, but performs across social.
If you understand culture, performance marketing and brand voice, and you’re comfortable making content as well as directing it, we’d love to hear from you.
